A Path to the Modernization
The Customer2Cloud program allows our customers to shift on-premises support spend to SaaS, reinvest in new capabilities and benefit from the latest innovations in Oracle Retail Cloud. Using our Rapid Start-Up Services, retailers can leverage the power of our complete suite of connected and intelligent processes to drive agility across your organization.
The program is open to all Oracle customers. Our customers can decide to convert on-premises support of their installed on-premises solutions to Oracle Retail Cloud within the same product family. For example, existing seats of on-premises Oracle Merchandising can be reinvested in a multi-year Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Service or an alternate solution like Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud Services. This conversion allows customers to use current support spend to move to modern cloud applications.
