WHAT Wiggle is the first pure online retailer to implement Oracle Retail and Fusion ERP Cloud. Oracle Retail Suite was implemented in a private cloud, Wiggle adopted Merchandising Foundation, Inventory, Pricing, Invoice Match and Sales Audit.

HOW Wiggle initiated the Capability Upgrade Program to provide a Wiggle staff the require tools to grow. Wiggle partnered with Oracle and OLR to help deliver the Capability Program and encourage best practices.

SUCCESS Capability Program was live after 18 months and was deployed to all Wiggle business.
