Many factors will affect the ultimate cost of the project, and while we have documented what we believe to be the most
important ones, not all of our estimating assumptions, your responsibilities, exclusions are detailed below.
1. All project Deliverables will be created using standard Oracle TCM templates and formats. All project documentation, presentations and project communication will be in English.
2. You are willing and able to modify Your business practices as necessary and as contemplated by the parties herein to comply with the standard functionality in the Oracle Cloud applications.
3. Configuration of the Cloud Applications will be limited to functionality available in the product at the time of deployment and the scope defined above will be delivered.
4. Specialized will be responsible for data extraction, cleansing, mapping and translating to the format specified by Oracle, including 3rd party applications. Oracle will provide Specialized with data conversion templates and assist with the mapping.
5. We have assumed an Enterprise Design where we will design a solution for global operations with an initial implementation and build for worldwide operations.
6. Training and OCM cost is not included in this estimate.
7. Specialized is using either the retail or cost method of accounting.
8. No extensions are estimated, assuming base application and capabilities.
9. No additional reporting (outside of base MFCS) is estimated in this effort.
10. Only one version of WMS is included for integration purposes. Customer may have multiple instances of same WMS version across multiple DC’s, if applicable.
11. The implementation services will be limited to your Specialized Bicycle Components brand. Any future brands or channels may be assessed through the change control process.
12. There is a common hierarchy and business processes for all Your retail and wholesale channels, if applicable.
13. All workshops and break out sessions are planned to be executed from Monday-Thursday, for up to twenty (20) of Your employees and will have a maximum duration of four (4) hours. Changes to this plan must be agreed by both parties.
14. A project roles assignment (responsible, accountable, collaborate, and inform “RACI”) will be mutually agreed upon in the Engage phase of the project.
15. Specialized will provide a designated executive who will be available to promptly review issues and make timely decisions.
16. The project will be completed in accordance with a timeline mutually agreed by the parties.
